Glorimar Kulinski
President & CEO
Glorimar Kulinski is the President & Chief Executive Officer of GloBa Tek. An accomplished US Army Veteran and military spouse,
she brings over 16 years leadership experience and a diversified skillset that includes program/project management, team leadership, human resource management, and critical operations in veteran services. Mrs. Kulinski boasts a progressive leadership arc and an exemplary record of accomplishment across all professional endeavors.
In addition to broad experience in HR-related functions, including critical policy development and strategic planning, Mrs. Kulinski has track record of fostering long-term relationships with key executives, stakeholders, team members, and fellow leaders. She excels in identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities with an innovative, highly engaged approach to monitoring and assessing project progress, developing and maintaining essential artifacts, recommending course corrections and managing escalation.
Mrs. Kulinski's background delivering multiple parallel workstreams in military operations, coupled with keen project management acumen and a people-centric, team oriented style, positions her as an invaluable asset for diverse federal departments. She’s adept at delivering business objectives and designing creative training programs to facilitate overall team success.
Mrs. Kulinski's professional qualifications include a Bachelor’s
Degree in Human Resources Management, a Master’s in Business
Administration with a Specialty in Planning and Strategy, and
several essential certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), OSHA 30 HR General Industry, Scrum Master (CSM), LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Agile Leadership (CAL-E). Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a Specialization in Management (expected 2026), Ms. Kulinski has also earned several awards throughout her career, underscoring her exemplary professional record.
